Mr. H Akup Buchemhu a sculptor artist by profession works in various material like natural material wood, stone, clay, concrete and found objects. His Pottery and sculpture work is very contemporary blending with traditional style. Being a visuals artist, he create his works in a story telling approach. He is also the recipient of Nagaland Governor Award 2010, junior fellowship CCRT 2015-16 in the field of fine arts and has postgraduate in sculpture. His studio is Base in Dimapur.
