Marking a significant milestone for Naga entrepreneurs the ‘Made in Nagaland’ Expo Centre was inaugurated by the Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio near Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima on June 27, 2018 under ‘Impact 5000 by 18’ campaign’ by YouthNet Nagaland in partnership with the state government.
The U.S. Ambassador to India Kenneth I. Juster visited YouthNet’s ‘Made in Nagaland’ Center on December 1, 2018 and was really impressed by the Center and the various products displayed of the local entrepreneurs, articulating on how he was inspired by the optimism of the entrepreneurs and growth of entrepreneurship in Nagaland.
Former Indian football team captain and Advisor of YouthNet, Bhaichung Bhutia officially launched a hospitality program of the YouthNet under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana scheme, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, at Made in Nagaland Centre, Kohima on 28th January 2018. Bhaichung was accompanied by Kishore Taid, co-founder & CEO, Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BFFS), Delhi.
